At GenKOtic, every order is prepared with care and attention to quality. Please review our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing times may vary depending on:

  • product availability,
  • order volume,
  • limited edition releases,
  • archive drops,
  • or made-to-order production timelines.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Shipping Locations

GenKOtic currently ships internationally to selected countries.

Shipping availability may vary depending on:

  • carrier limitations,
  • customs restrictions,
  • local regulations,
  • or operational capacity.

If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified during checkout or after order review.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Spain: 2–5 business days
  • Europe: 4–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • customs processing,
  • weather conditions,
  • carrier delays,
  • international transit disruptions,
  • peak seasons,
  • or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • destination,
  • package weight,
  • shipping method,
  • and order value.

Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to:

  • customs duties,
  • import taxes,
  • VAT,
  • or local handling fees.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not controlled by GenKOtic.

Customers are solely responsible for any additional import-related charges.

We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided once available through the shipping carrier.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.

GenKOtic is not responsible for carrier tracking delays or incomplete tracking updates.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • delivery delays may occur;
  • additional shipping fees may apply;
  • the order may be returned to sender.

GenKOtic is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping information submitted by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.

GenKOtic is not liable for:

  • lost packages,
  • stolen packages,
  • delayed deliveries,
  • or carrier-related issues after shipment confirmation.

If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the carrier first using your tracking information.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • your order number,
  • photos of the packaging,
  • and photos of the damaged item(s).

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Limited Edition & Pre-Registration Drops

Certain archive releases, collectible drops, or pre-registration products may have extended fulfillment timelines.

Estimated production or shipping windows for these releases will be communicated on the relevant product page.

Orders containing pre-order or pre-registration items may ship separately or experience additional processing time.
