How long does shipping take?

Do you ship internationally?
+Yes. GenKOtic ships internationally to selected countries. Shipping availability may vary depending on customs regulations, carrier restrictions, or local import rules.
Will I receive tracking information?
+Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after shipment.
Are customs duties or import taxes included?
+No. International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
What happens if my package is delayed?
+Carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or high-volume periods can occasionally affect delivery times. If your order appears significantly delayed, contact us at gko@genkotic.com.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
+If your order has not entered fulfillment yet, we may be able to update your shipping details. Please contact us immediately after placing your order.
What is GenKOtic?
+GenKOtic is a creature archive disguised as a fashion brand. Every release combines limited artwork, collectible identity design, and streetwear culture into wearable archive pieces.
Are your products limited edition?
+Yes. Many GenKOtic drops are intentionally limited and may never restock. Archive collections are designed to feel collectible and exclusive.
What is the Creature Archive?
+The Creature Archive is the fictional identity universe behind GenKOtic. Each creature has its own archive ID, personality, chaos level, energy profile, and lore.
Are the products true to size?
+Most GenKOtic apparel follows an oversized streetwear-inspired fit. We strongly recommend checking the sizing guide on each product page before ordering.
What materials are used?
+Material details vary by product and are listed directly on the product page. We focus on comfort, print quality, durability, and premium streetwear presentation.
Will sold out items restock?
+Most archive drops will not restock once sold out. Some essentials or POD products may return depending on availability.
Are product colors exactly the same in person?
+We do our best to accurately display colors and details. However, screen settings and lighting conditions may cause slight visual differences.
What is your return policy?
+We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
How do I start a return?
+To request a return, contact gko@genkotic.com. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
Can I exchange an item?
+Yes. The fastest method is to return the original item and place a new order separately once the return is approved.
Do you accept returns on limited drops?
+Limited products can still be returned if they meet our return conditions. However, exchanges may not be possible if the item sells out.
Are sale items refundable?
+Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
+Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the packaging, and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and help resolve it.
How long do refunds take?
+Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
What payment methods do you accept?
+We accept major payment methods supported by Shopify, including credit cards, debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other region-supported payment options.
Is checkout secure?
+Yes. All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted checkout infrastructure. Your payment information is never stored directly by GenKOtic.
Can I cancel my order?
+Orders may only be canceled before fulfillment begins. Once processing starts, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Why was my order canceled?
+Orders may be canceled due to suspected fraud, payment issues, stock limitations, or incorrect customer information. If your order was canceled, you will be notified.
Do you offer pre-registration drops?
+Yes. Certain archive releases may use pre-registration access before public launch. These releases may include limited availability or special access windows.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
+Yes. After completing checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive one, please check your spam folder or contact us.
